"The hotel was closed, The hotel was a total scam; I couldn't stay there because it was closed and padlocked from the outside. I had to make a new reservation through the Orbitz website. It was a very unpleasant experience to discover that it was a scam."

"All went well, would definitely visit again. Only ask I would have would be to provide more pillows and towels. Room I reserved was for 5 people. We had 3 towels and 5 flat pillows. Other than that, please was clean, staff was courteous and provided great tour tips. "
