"We found room 103 had a shower door which wouldn't close and had a note saying so.Furniture tired .chipped and wardrobe doors failing.Portable heater broken .Radiators off .Only controlled from reception thermostat.Pillow on bed thick with dust.Took pillow and heater to reception.towel rail hanging off wall.Otherall paintwork tired.Needs renovation. Dust in corners ,stains on stool/pillows.No wifi in rooms only in reception. Bathroom very cramp.Spare blankets would have been a good addition for room. Staff and breakfast absolutely fine.View was great."
