"Really nice hotel, ideally located for Cite Europe shopping trip. Don't be put off by the external appearance inside it's very comfortable and welcoming. Reception staff are very friendly and helpful. The only slight downside was the the accessible room just had a hand rail next to the toilet and not the additional pull down bars for support on both sides. Overall thought the room was very comfortable and easy access for someone with poor mobility."

"We felt welcome from the moment we arrived. Check in quick and simple. No need to register our car as it was a secure and private car park and no parking charge. The car park was locked at about 22:00hrs but a code was provided to allow exit/entry if needed. We had booked a superior room and it was. "This was not our first time here, the hotel looks as if it has been painted. Our room on the first floor was great, bathroom with bath and nice towels. Needs a little TLC around the skirting. Then it would be perfect. Food as always was wonderful with a good breakfast spread, including hot scrambled eggs etc. Staff were very friendly and attentive. Thanks, we will be back."
