"Temperature was summer high and air conditioner worked only on the entrance bedroom of the suite. they came to fix it but only worked for half a day. Returned to the same hotel two weeks later, as scheduled and pre paid on our trip, gave us same room and air conditioner problem stil not fixed. Front desk clerk extremely nice to a visitor that tipped him, we asked nicely for an extra pillow and mumble did not have extras and walked away."

He was professional, compassionate, and genuinely committed to assisting me throughout the process. His patience, kindness, and willingness to help made a difficult experience much easier to manage.
