"The room was very clean, well equipped and added details like earplugs, coffee, milk and a good size bottle of water. They responded my queries promptly and helpful. I was able to leave my cases before checking time at no extra charge. Very friendly and helpful staff, easy access to building and room. Short walk from Atocha station, lots of buses and metro station close by."

"Temperature was summer high and air conditioner worked only on the entrance bedroom of the suite. they came to fix it but only worked for half a day. Returned to the same hotel two weeks later, as scheduled and pre paid on our trip, gave us same room and air conditioner problem stil not fixed. Front desk clerk extremely nice to a visitor that tipped him, we asked nicely for an extra pillow and mumble did not have extras and walked away."

During my stay, I lost my cell phone, along with my ID, debit card, and credit cards. It was an incredibly stressful situation, but Samuel went above and beyond to help me. He was professional, compassionate, and genuinely committed to assisting me throughout the process. His patience, kindness, and willingness to help made a difficult experience much easier to manage. Samuel’s outstanding service reflects very positively on Only You Atocha, and I am extremely grateful for everything he did. Employees like him are rare and deserve recognition.
