Inside, there’s a large leather sofa sitting under a vaulted ceiling and facing a modern fireplace and a huge 86” HD Smart TV, while just next to it is the formal DINING SPACE. This inviting table leads directly into the chef-inspired KITCHEN, where a high-end Zline double gas range is surrounded by sleek wood cabinetry and exotic black quartz countertops and backsplash. Overhead, a corrugated metal ceiling provides a stylish industrial touch, and a convenient peninsula bar adds additional seating at the counter. Upstairs in the FIRST BEDROOM, there’s a queen-size bed next to a unique, built-in, triple-stacked bunk bed. This flexible space also includes a 70-inch HDTV and an ENSUITE FULL BATHROOM.
