Clean, convenient, two star accommodation that's seen better days in terms of an upgrade, but the staff have kept it running really well and it's super clean. You can use the adjacent facilities in the main hotel of which this is an older annex and my instinct is that this is perhaps the original hotel built long ago. The rest of the complex is in excellent condition. At the time of booking I would say the price was pretty good because after all, there was an eclipse about to happen. And it was right in the high season. So all in all I would say excellent value. Just a word about the front desk staff who are super helpful and really friendly.

First expression of the hotel was good until we got “welcomed” by the receptionist . He was rude and not very accommodating. My partner and I let it go as we arrived very late and were very tired. We were handed the keys from the room and off we went. The room was a good size , however there was nothing in there , wardrobe with no door , no kettle to make hot drinks. The bed was just two single beds joined together , the mattress was broken and uncomfortable. They charged us double the price for coffee , the bartender ( an old man) was rude and made us feel unwelcome. At the end of stay in the hotel my partner got bed bugs bites all over his chests I got infected by staphylococcus. Overall a very bad experience.

The staff were so lovely, always helpful and friendly. We stayed for 4 nights, the apartment was so nice, clean, had everything we needed. The only downside we had was noisy neighbours with small babies who cried all night keeping us awake, we originally booked hotel nets adults only but wasn’t informed of its closure and us being moved. Overall the hotel was so lush and we thoroughly enjoyed it.

Nice friendly staff and great breakfasts with lots of breakfast options. The part of the hotel we stayed in is looking a bit tired and in need of some TLC. A little disappointing there was no fridge in the room we stayed in.

Every room smelled like paint, the tubs had stains, stains on the bed, dirty toilet, TV was very small, and the staff told me every hotel in Palma was like that. We didn’t even stay the night because the smell was so bad and found a much better hotel room at Vista Odin.

The rooms smelt like mold, and it’s basically a hostal for people that want to party all night. The walls are paper thin so you can hear everything from different rooms in all directions. I made a noise complaint and the hotel staff didn’t do anything about it. I stayed for two nights to ask either if I could change rooms or get a refund for the 2nd night and the reception did nothing about. This has been the absolute worst place I’ve stayed at. There’s cheaper and much nicer hostels in Mallorca.

The room did not seem very clean and needed a lot of work. Wood was rotting and sink was cracked. The phone wasn’t plugged in and you had to go to the front desk and deposit $10 euro to get a controller to turn on your ac. Staff also did t seem to really be to interested in helping us check in.

DO NOT STAY HERE! We needed to book one night in a hotel before we headed out to Soller, and while I i expected a pretty low quality hotel given price, this place was absolutely terrible (pictures are even more deceiving) Upon arrival, there was no greeting from the counter attendant. We waited 5 minutes for a hello while he was just counting change. Then, we had to wait for another attendant and it took us almost 20 minutes to check in. The hotel room itself was disgusting. No elevator to the third floor and hallways reeked of stale cigarettes. The shower head fell off the second you turned on the water and our AC stopped working within an hour of us being there. Completely unacceptable given the warmer temperatures in august. We called the front desk and they told us someone would come by to fix it in the morning (after we would have already checked out). Highly recommend paying a few extra bucks to stay literally anywhere else.

Non mi aspettavo la Reggia di Caserta visto il prezzo che abbiamo pagato ma quando siamo entrati è stato terrificante. Peli in bagno, muffa sui muri porte mezze rotte. L'unica cosa positiva è che le donne delle pulizie ogni giorno sistemavano la camera e cambiavano gli asciugamani. Per non parlare dei muri non insonorizzati. Gente che urlava per i corridoi, musica alle 2 di notte e alle 7 di mattina. Non ci torneremo sicuramente

Hotel che fa parte del residence Plaza son rigo, di cui si possono usufruire le piscine. Dispone anche di una stanza lavanderia. Situato a 5 minuti a piedi dal mare con ottima posizione per ristoranti. Staff disponibile, ci hanno fornito un ombrellino da spiaggia. Poco parcheggio e difficile da trovare nei dintorni. Unica pecca manca il frighetto in stanza

La struttura è molto bella grande bella piscina con bar nella zona diciamo adulti e bimbi, anche la piscina nella zona only adulti molto bella e tranquilla,,ma la camera veramente brutta ho avuto numerosi problemi wi.fi mai funzionato problemi con il condizionatore r la doccia.la colazione a buffet è ricchissima c'è di tutto molto valida. Anche il ristorante per la cena non Male .devo fare invece un encomio ad una ragazza della reception non so il nome siccome avevo rotto il cellulare è stata molto di aiuto per le indicazioni datemi per andare a comprarne uno nuovo grazie veramente
