Thought the staff in general from the room attendants to the beach staff were all highly professional .Everyone always had a smile on their face and nothing was too difficult . I'm certainly looking forward to my return in April, I just hope the weather is a bit better [ ha ha ]

Great Hotel. High level of quality and service throughout. Unfortunately we went in August and it should have been made clear that several restaurants within the hotel and the beach would be closed. They did provide a shuttle service to another beach but as these two things were a strong draw for booking here it was disappointing in the extreme. Definitely recommend but don’t go in August.

Amazing hotel! The room was beautiful with amazing bathroom. The service was incredible and they went out of their way to show you around the hotel and the facilities. The restaurants and bars were fantastic and the private beach was great. So much better than other hotels on the Palm!

Excellent hotel , location , lovely food , the staff are just so friendly but as we all know Dubai standards are high.

Hotel was in the perfect location, right on the beach. Staff were so friendly and helpful and a good choice of on site restaurants. The room was spacious and bathroom was also a good size. We had access to the Club lounge that was very handy offering a good range of breakfast, lunch and evening food and beverages.

My husband and I stayed at this beautiful hotel with our very young three children. We choose a two bedroom apartment for our stay. The apartment was very spacious, clean and tastefully decorated. The swimming pools that surround the hotel are stunning, warm and some of them have sand for children to play with. The staff was very welcoming, friendly and helpful. With 3 children ranging from age 4 to teens, we find it difficult to find hotels which can accommodate us in a family suite. The Kempinski 2 bed room suite was very spacious and we all had a very enjoyable week. The service is excellent andq staff are very helpful. Food and drinks do seem rather expensive by UK standards in Dubai and the Kempinski is certainly no exception to this. But we very much enjoyed our two experiences at the new Beach Restaurant.

I think the atmosphere in this hotel is on another level. If you don’t like people and great service then this is not the place for you. It is busy and the service is excellent, it was my second stay and it didn’t disappoint. Great ambiance.

Great location and staff, would recommend!

Picked Raffles based on its reputation, reviews and price, we were not disappointed. The hotel is fantastic,architecture is impressive, very clean and has excellent facilities. The most amazing part of the hotel though is its staff. They made our stay very relaxed, almost like home.

We are a family with under 3 toddler. The hotel was super for everything, clean, friendly staff, very helpful and polite. Even in the event of coronavirus, the hotel made perfect arrangements to ensure safety of guests. The hotel is ideally located immediately next to Marina mall and many restaurants, plus the wonderful marina walk. Highly recommended and excellent value.

This was our 7th trip to Dubai and have always stayed in top end hotels. We believe this is the best so far. We simply could not fault the level of service , cleanliness and facilities the hotel offers. We had private transfer included to and from the airport which is always a nice feature particularly in a spacious BMW.
