"We’ve stayed in lots of Dubai hotels and a few on the palm and this has been our favourite. The staff are amazing! All the food from room service to the restaurants is excellent and the spa is one of the best spas in a hotel. The clientele is also of a high standard compared to some other 5* hotels in Dubai and in the palm. No young people drinking to excess or making noise! The rooms are huge but the only down side is they’re starting to feel a tad shabby but still very good. The hotel is slowly upgrading the rooms tho I believe. Even with this tho, I would certainly rebook the next time we stay."

"We had a lovely 2 night stay. The check-in was efficient and friendly, and we will received an upgrade to a stunning room with a view over the sea and palm. The hotel is energetic with lots going on. It’s great for kids, we did the water park and post chambers, which were great fun. Breakfast buffet was plentiful with pastries a particular highlight. We ate in Gordon Ramsay’s Bread Street, and although the food as just ok, the service was brilliant and they had a great musician and a little play area for our daughter. They were very welcoming and friendly. I also had a beer in the South American themed restaurant (I forget the name) and the live music and band was top drawer. I would recommend this hotel for a few days of fun for everyone. "

"Beach team and Italian restaurant are clearly 5*. Rooms nice but really could do with some entertainment at night. Singer outside the Palm Restaurant very nice, but post meal the hotel lacks atmosphere"

"The hotel is excellent. The rooms are spacious, well appointed and comfortable. The staff were very pleasant and helpful. The lounge bar was an excellent spot for breakfast and a drink. The food at all the restaurants was excellent. We will be coming back! "
