The accommodation, on the fourth floor of a building with an elevator, opens onto the living area from which you can access one of the balconies in the property, overlooking the square, perfect for outdoor dining. The living room consists of a sofa and television. Es gibt aber nur einen Schlüssel. Die Betten sind hart aber bequem. Die Handtücher in der Wohnung waren löchrig und teilweise mit Dreck beschmiert. Keine Tabs für den Geschirrspüler und nur ein Schwamm, keinen Mob, keinen Staubsauger. Die Waschmaschine ist ohne Adapter nicht geerdet. Das Waschbecken daneben hatte ein Loch, so dass der Boden nass war und als wir die Waschmaschine anfassen, bekamen wir einen elektrischen Schlag. Der Vermieter schickte den Hausmeister zur Reparatur ohne Entschuldigung und unser Wissen in die Wohnung. Eine Dusche ist kaputt, die Temperatur kann nur mithilfe einer nicht vorhandenen Zange umgestellt werden. Es fehlen Schneidemesser. Die Baustelle in der Wohnung gegenüber, lärmt ab 9:00 Uhr. 2 Klimaanlagen laufen auf den Balkon aus, so dass dort auch regelmäßig eine Überschwemmung ist. Die Markise auf dem Balkon ist ebenfalls kaputt und super dreckig. Das Internet ist nur 4G und nicht in allen Räumen verfügbar. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war äußert unprofessionell. Die Antworten waren alle eher Ai generiert, unsere Probleme wurden ignoriert beziehungsweise erst nach mehrmaliger Aufforderung bearbeitet.Leider ist das Mobiliar auf dem Balkon nicht zum Essen geeignet, da es sich um niedrige Plastikmöbel handelt, die sehr unbequem sind. Die Lage ist hervorragend. Mit dem 100 Einser Bus kommt man ohne Probleme in die Stadt und ein weiterer Bus fährt innerhalb von 10 Minuten zum Strand. ##### Lilian W. Stayed 12 nights in Aug 2025 ---
