"Fast and pleasant check in with Dev. Free parking for a couple of cars, or there's car parks nearby, ranging from £5 to £10. Stayed in room 6. Everything we needed, Yorkshire tea, a fridge, complimentary bottle of water, hairdryer etc. Also had a fan in there, which we didnt need to use, as you can open the bedroom and bathroom windows and get a lovely breeze through. The room's really quiet. Would definitely stay again."

"Lovely vintage hotel full of character and if you book the sea view rooms they’ve got the best views out onto the bay that you’ll get in Torquay.Nice spacious bar area staff friendly and drinks reasonably priced,would stay again."

"I had a lovely single room with a small fridge and a fan which made a big difference in this heat. My ensuite shower worked well. The toilet was outside the room..which was less convenient though. The room was on the first floor and I have slight mobility issues so that was a bit tricky but James took my luggage up and brought it back down for me..and I got more used to the stairs. The Guest house is clean and bright..and the owners James and Christine are lovely.and friendly. I hope to return for another stay there soon..and a big plus is that it is so close to the beach. All in all I would rate it highly."
