The room was up a couple flights of stairs and had an en-suite bathroom. It looked over a bit of a park. The hotel was only about 200 yards to the sea and sand so in an ideal location. It was only about 5 minutes to the railway station as well. Breakfast was included in the price and consisted of cereals, juices, tea or coffee, full English (you are able to chose what you required the night before) and toast. It really set you up for the day. The room was lovely and warm and I had a great night's sleep. It was a Separate bathroom down the hall but I had my own key and there was plenty of space to get changed so not a problem for me. They have very friendly cats but I didn't see them in the evening. We only stayed 1 night but we're really impressed with how clean this guest house was. The couple who ran the place were very friendly and had time to stop and chat to you. It is only a couple of minutes walk to the town but was surprisingly quiet over night.
