We needed a fresh supply of clean bed linen and towels as our stay was for 3 weeks, We found his unwillingness to help us with this problem to be very disappointing especially as the tiny flat had no laundry facilities. Also on our arrival at 4 p.m. the flat was still not ready but kind neighbours in the flat downstairs took us in. The neighbourhood is in the process of gentrification but it is quiet and safe . It is not near the Iffley Road as Kasim told us initially but is off Cowley Road which is very busy but has excellent bus service and very helpful bus drivers ##### Clarence M. Short walk to bus stop, walkable (10 min) to local grocery. Kitchen has basic pots and pans and utensils. If making any meals - plan on bringing or purchasing all necessary ingredients. Nice that it is a second story so windows could be left open. Advertised parking spot very close to a hedge, especially if middle vehicle is not parked too far over, but there is a spot which is nice. Building is quiet.
