We didn't stay here because OYO failed to send us the code to use on the front door. I made 3 phone xalls to OYO on the check in day, from 10am onwards. We had booked and paid for 2 rooms. Confusion reigned on the OYO offices; they said there were technical problems. Finally, at 4.15 pm they said they could not locate the keys. We still hadn't had the code for the front door. We were outside the property at the time. I phoned Hotels.com , who then tried to contact OYO, but could not get an answer. A young man arrived and he tried to use a code sent to him to open the front door, but this repeatedly did not work. At this juncture we gave up and had to find alternative accomodation ourselves. I hope to get a full refund from.Hotels.com, but have not heard from them yet.OYO rang me back at about 5.30 to offer alternative accomodation but we had no faith in them at this stage. They said they had not taken our money from Hotels .com.
