"Easy hotel to walk to from Terminal 4 and then transfer to other terminals in the morning. Basic hotel, but clean. Staff helpful."

"Very friendly staff, clean room apart from stains on the carpet, which did not really bother me. Easy return access to Heathrow if you buy the Hotel Hoppa ticket - which stops right outside the door. What concerned me most was the layout of the hotel with the public able to walk off the street and get into a lift and access any floor without being a guest at the hotel, Yes, there were key card slots that were intended to stop non-hotel customers from accessing the corridors, but that leaves the lifts and floor lift atriums open access. Having a kettle without having tea and coffee in the room is not becoming of a 3* hotel - It is consistent with cost cutting, but not a good feel for me."

"Really charming staff, but breakfast ordered for the room never arrived. No reply from any of the phone numbers on the internal phone. Good room, but hotel is a little tired for the money."

"Excellent location & reasonable price for the area. Some great pubs within walking distance. Hotel doesn’t really have any amenities, breakfast was at another building & wasn’t great with quality of breakfast & choice poor."

"Lovely quiet room on top floor with lovely bed linen. Unfortunately there was working being done on the next room( loud banging) from 8am but fortunately I was awake and in the shower."

"I arrived into London on an early flight so went straight to the hotel where I was told my room was ready. Then I was told that if I wanted to check-in I would have to pay an additional £55! I went to work and returned at 4pm and check-in was an absolute disaster - I was passed between 3 different receptionists. I eventually got to my room at 4.45pm. Have been using this hotel for almost 20 years and every year the service level declines which is so disappointing!"
