"I stayed in one of the suites and it was immaculate, with plenty of space to unwind and a well furnished bathroom. Staff pleasant on arrival and rapid check-out, cannot fault it."

"Poor Golf Experience. We arrived at 530pm with the hope that we could have a drink at the golf clubhouse, only to be told the bar was closed and the staff were looking to kick out the current guests. Considering golfers were still on course, not what you would expect. The hotel was dated and only seemed to be interested in the health club side, where members were walking in and out of the restaurant area. No real bar, no atmosphere and morale of staff very low due to poor management. We waited 50 mins for food to be served so decided against further desserts and drinks. Not what you would expect from a golf focussed and promoted venue. Will not be returning."

"Great location and free parking too… Very good breakfast and friendly staff. Our room was excellent and had a balcony overlooking the sea…. Room 31 …. The bonus was a swimming pool/ Jacuzzi and steam room on site all to ourselves which is free of charge … You simply book a slot at reception … Would recommend.. "

"When I'm working in Devon I always stay here. Its perfectly comfy and its has good size rooms the parking is free and plentiful even in a large Van you can park around the rear of hotel. Close to tiverton town centre and supermarkets. Staff are very friendly too. "

"We were not informed of the internet password. We did not have any hotel information available as it transpires the info booklets were behind ghe reception desk. We also tried to walk into the town but could not because the gate is coded. We did not know this prior to walking as we had no info. The radiator in the bathroom was scolding hot. We did advise reception and supposedly it was repaired. Sadly it was not .. we slept with three windows open and two fans running all night! Interestingly there was no bedside light these are being “phased out”. Also our room was not serviced because we had not hung the service room sign on the outside handle. What sign ? The individual staff were very pleasant but somehow the hotel assume the guests are mind readers. I’ve never stayed anywhere quite like it. "
