Easy hotel, great value nice rooms

Great hotel but very warm, nice shower good location. A little pricey for what you get but would stay again. Was told would get an upgrade but never happened.

Great service and super clean

Excellent hotel in a great location. The room was gorgeous - clean, spacious, quiet, comfortable. The staff were all extremely friendly - customer service outstanding. Definitely recommend and will stay again.

I wasn't sure about booking this hotel, as I'd never heard of it. However it was amazing. It is small but that actually adds to the experience. We usually prefer larger hotels but this was truly 5*. It really feels like a special place. The staff all get the balance of attentive & friendly right. If we needed anything they seemed to arrive at just the right time. This was our second stay at The Rembrandt and we really couldn't fault it. It's now our go to hotel when we're in the area, one of the best we've stayed in in London.

Great hotel & great location

This is our second time staying here. It’s our perfect choice for the Royal Albert Hall. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful. We love it’s style and decor and the rooms are beautifully decorated with good amenities. Will definitely stay again.

I would like to recommend this lovely hotel and say that there is definitely my favourite in London. I spent one night when coming to London to visit Art Galleries. Location is just perfect 8/10 minutes walking from PaddingtonTrain Station in a street with very lovely properties and another 5/10 min walking to Hyde Park. I was lucky to be upgraded on arrival and was given a room with a super comfortable 4 poster bed, complimentary expresso machine , water, tea , cookies and macaroons! Lovely...

Unexpectedly upgraded to a suite, which was lovely. Stayed at Baileys multiple times over the past few years, a lovely, comfy, traditional London hotel with out the ostentatious bling. Friendly and helpful staff, stones throw from good transportation for London exploration. The only slight negative, no bedside clock, so had to check my phone or Ipad for time in the wee small hours.

Although I have stayed at 5 star hotels on several occasions, I was amazed by the standard of service of this hotel. All the hotel staff were extremely polite and gave the true meaning to the word "valued" customer. From the first time I entered the hotel it was a different experience all together. The hotel is very clean, and decorated tastefully. The entire staff tends to your needs with execellent customer service. And the location is set in a convenient location in a peaceful neighborhood.

Had a lovely stay and was warmly greeted by reception. The room was cosy and I appreciated the extra pillow and blanket on the bed. The room and bathroom was also very clean and decorated to a good standard. Would definitely stay here again!

Our stay at The Westminster was fabulous. The room was great and the staff vent above and beyond, especially VJ in the concierge team.

Professional and personable check in and check out. The hotel is relatively basic, but very clean and well run. Larger room than expected and very quiet for central London. Will stay again.
