"Great location right on the sea front close to Adventure Island, the Pier and the high street. Check in was swift and the reception was open with helpful staff even at 4.30am when I came back from my night out. Room was clean and comfortable albeit basic with no frills and a small supply of tea & coffee. Bathroom was fine with a good shower. Ironing facilities in the room also and TV. Off site parking was straight over the road but quite expensive at £25 for 10+ hours. View of sea and Pier etc was nice"

"We were impressed straight away with how picturesque the hotel and area was, plus everywhere seemed so peaceful. This was then further enhanced thanks to the fabulous staff. The staff made us feel very welcome and they were really enthusiastic about making our experience a positive one. Ted, in the Moet and Chandon Bar, along with his Manageress, were stand out staff for us. Ted loved to make us cocktails and we certainly enjoyed drinking them! The room was comfortable and very clean, the spa facilities were ideal and the restaurant food was excellent. Definitely a hotel that we would like to return to. "

"Wheelchair friendly. They changed us to a ground floor room as soon as we walked up even tbough we could manage stairs so that was very kind. The meal was delicious as was breakfast. Thanks for a great stay."

"Loved the pool - felt luxurious and private (even though there were other guests using the pool) Great staff and beautiful room in a wonderful setting Breakfast delicious and plentiful The hotel didn't feel too crowded even though they were hosting a wedding Attention needs to be paid to kettle location in the room plus need to have a usb charging point each side of the bed Non slip mat for the bath/shower covered the plug hole if not careful Food was disappointing from the A la Carte Menu and Service was very slow - due to the wedding party?"
