The condo was clean and in good shape and we were so excited to stay. We had a group dinner the first night and realized we were missing a lot of items. No soap, dish soap, sponge, napkins, trash bags, additional toilet paper, only a half roll of paper towels and no salt and pepper. It made clean up really hard. We called the property manager and they didn't believe that we didn't have that stuff. I insisted that we checked every drawer and closest, but she made it sound like we were inconveniencing her. The property manager brought the cleaning supplies we needed. The only item that we were missing that they said they never provide was wash clothes. I still don't understand what VRBO doesn't come with wash clothes. We had to go to a Walmart near by to by basic essentials that the property manager should have provided. It would have been nice if they would have told us what items they don't provide so we could have brought them with us.
