I had a great stay at Regal Oaks Resort in Kissimmee, FL. The room was very clean, the staff was friendly and helpful, and the hot tub was a perfect way to relax. The resort is family‑friendly, and the food options and amenities were convenient and easy to access. Overall, a wonderful experience — I would definitely stay here again.

I liked the esthetics of the place but not the over all concept. Having to be in charge of clean linen is not my idea of a relaxing holiday. If I wanted to do chores I would stay home. However, the pool area and jacuzzi was nice.

We love the location and the townhouse. Very convenient and easy to get around. However, with our whole family staying at the townhouse for a week, there are not enough supplies to go around. Ran out of the a lot of supplies such as toilet paper, detergent and etc on the first few days. Need to pay extra money to get more toilet paper and supplies. The rooms and bedrooms are not too clean this time. Love the hot tub in the backyard.

I really enjoy myself and I am planning a whole new family vacation next year. Everything went smooth from when we checked in to checking out. The only thing is they can do a little more of a deep clean. It was an ok clean but it could have been better. I would go back though

Overall, the experience was good! We spent a great deal of time at Disney, so we didn’t do too much at the property. The pool and slides were nice when we used them. However, on 2 occasions where we were at the pool, they closed the slides and Cabana bar. One day they closed the slides well before 515. On Labor Day, they never opened. There was no lightning (not within 20 miles even!) and each staff member claimed someone else was responsible for the decision. If my plan was to be at the resort without other plans, I may rethink my stay—only because not having slides open for my son was disappointing. But using as our relaxation days away from the parks, it was fine. The townhome was great and the staff were friendly!

This is the third time I have stayed at Regal Oaks. I highly recommend it. The only issue I had with the property was the washing machine leaked when I was doing my laundry and it made a very loud noise while spinning. I also noticed the shower upstairs must have a leak as evidenced by the crack in the living room ceiling and there was some water on the living room floor after I took a shower. Other than that, I love the facilities. It's convenient to all the attractions. I will continue to book with Regal Oaks for future trips. The staff were all very pleasant.

Definitely a good value property. Everything you need for a long stay with family. Only issue was our sofa bed was broken which lead to an uncomfortable sleep for my sons. Other than that all good. Next time we stay will probably just get a 3 bedroom.

The place was badly in need of repairs. The hot tub jets were broken, the fridge didn’t close properly, the dishwasher leaked and there was broken furniture.
