I really liked this property. The 4 bedroom house was nice and spacious. I only wish they let you know which ones come with a hot tub. We were really looking forward to one and were told they only come with the 3 bedrooms.

The room was nice and clean. You are only given 1 set of towels for the stay so you have to wash your own. There is a coffee make but not coffee. Had an issue with someone parking in one of our spots tried to call the front desk several times no one would answer or call back eventually ended up walking to the front desk in the rain to inquire and it wasn’t resolved. Also pool area needs updated most of the lounge chairs were broken. The restaurant was never open so you couldn’t even buy a coffee nor was there any complimentary coffee at the front desk. A little underwhelmed but I’ve definitely stayed at worse places.

The house was clean but there is charge of a cleaning fee not mentioned at the time of the reservation, the only supply one toilet paper by bathroom and tiny soap, shampoo and conditioner I stayed 4 nights and I didn’t get more, the filtered water fridge doesn’t work. The check out is early and if you stay one hour more you get charge.

Condo was very clean and well maintained. Bathroom for each room. Beds comfortable. Pillows not so great but not terrible. cleaning charge seems extreme. hold amount for accidentals seems high as well. Pool was nice. No cushions on chairs. Good location to theme parks. Not a resort though, definitely a “on your own” more apartment/condo setting than resort. No filter for coffee pot. Good Shopping and convenience. Had a nice stay. Easy check out.

El apartamento muy lindo, amplio, cada dormitorio con su baño, tiene un cuarto amplio destinado a la lavandería. El personal muy amable. The setup is great! Everyone has their own rooms & bathroom. There’s a laundry room in the condo which is wonderful. But we had more negatives than positives. The main gate to get into the property you need a code or you press a button to get ahold of the receptionist. So we called a few times NO answer. Finally an older man came out I’m guessing security to open it for us & directed us to the reception. She told us due to maintenance issues their working on it.I was told we would have a private hot tub on our patio. We did not. I even called to verify with the property the day before. It did not have any essentials that other places had. Like salt & pepper. The extra blankets in the closet needed to be cleaned before using they were folded with nasty stuff on them. The hanging lights in the center of living room has con webs and dust so thick they looked like they’ve never been cleaned! Some TVs had a few channels a couple TVs had options for you to sign into your apps like Netflix … the master upstairs didn’t have the option and had only news channels. The beds were extremely uncomfortable. The only option I had to clean with was a dirty broom that looks as if it was used on the patio. To be swept & a vacuum that did not suck it just would spread the dirt all over the place. Also we tried the pool one time and couldn’t get into the side gates so we went into the reception area and they said due to maintenance issues it Dosent work.
