"Great hotel, super helpful staff, clean rooms. AC was good, bathroom was good. Room was on the small side and no real view, but that was all as advertised. Halls were the longest I've ever seen in a hotel. Vending machine close to room. Lots of shopping and things right outside of lobby. We did not try the laundry but there was a room with a few machines. We didn't eat on site either so cannot comment on that. We did the late checkout which was quite expensive, and it was a little unclear whether there was a cheaper earlier tier because we didn't need all 3 hours. But that isn't enough to take off a star. Overall a nice start to the trip."
