Stayed here for one night before heading out to Osaka. Room was very clean, lots of amenities. Staff was helpful during check in. Beds were comfortable. Very close to train station. Would stay again
Excellent Location and Price, all was well maintained and quiet. Staff was were kind and welcoming. Really good place to rest after 20K steps. Recommended!
The property is in an ideal location for visiting Akihabara. As well as having plenty of smalller off the main path restaurants nearby, you'll never run out of places to visit and eat at. The Lawson being basically next door is also super convenient. Definitely would recommend to everyone visting Japan and looking to stay near Akihabara.
Staff at front desk was very friendly. Room look modern and clean. Most of the train station located at walking distance from hotel make it easy and convinience to travel around tokyo.
The hotel is close walk to two train / subway stations and a quick walk to Akihabara. The hotel is clean, quiet and the staff is friendly (they also speak English). There are many food options available within a 1 or 2 minute walk. Two convenience stores and a grocery store are also close by.
It was an excellent property, convenient and safe. As with many hotels in Japan, the Room was VERY small. However, that is not uncommon in Japan.

Good location near lots of restaurants and interesting areas to visit. Comfortable bed, and acceptable clealiness.
Subway is a 5 min walk and train about a 10 min walk. Small room with little storage space, but this is typical is Tokyo.

The bed mattress and Pillow were too soft, it made me to have back pain. The cup provided which is too small, it was not useful to take an ice to room.
It is close to several subway stations and convenient stores which made my trip more enjoyable

Do NOT book this hotel if you have sensitive skin, or dust mite allergies. The hotel is not clean enough. In two days, I had about 5h of sleep because of the cleanliness. First night, I woke up at 2AM because of itching. I took a shower and 2 different allergy medications. None of it worked. I spent the rest of the night seated at reception to pass the time. The next morning upon closer inspection, I found a small, dark insect in the pillow and showed it to the reception employee who was very kind and accommodating and moved us to another room. Sadly, the new room was not much cleaner. The air was heavy and musty, and the beds were just as itchy as the previous room. I slept less than 3 hours on the second night. The next morning I spent the equivalent of 15USD doing a wash and dry of our clothes to hopefully decontaminate whatever was in the beds and on our skin. The whole experience was terrifying (we do not know what the insect was, and the hotel has not followed up), and sadly it delayed us in our trip and we missed one sightseeing trip we had planned. You may stay at this hotel only if you have an iron constitution and no environmental allergies. The biggest positive was the very accommodating and kind frontdesk staff. Also, they have a small shelf of manga volumes available in the hallway between frontdesk and the restaurant.
I enjoyed my stay here. I always hope for a quiet room that does not look too old, and the room I got was both quiet and looked quite new. I stayed for 12 nights and had no complaints. The location right between Akihabara and Ueno was perfect for me. Short walk to 4 different train/subway stations.
