It can be busy, but the line moves quickly. It takes about 10 minutes to walk briskly to Shinjuku station. The airport shuttle bus stops at the hotel, which is very convenient. "

"A great hotel for international visitors. The staff speak English. There is a convenience store attached to the hotel, which is very helpful. It is not two centrally located, but is within walking distance of a train station which easily gets you into downtown."

"Great location. Rooms are smaller which is typical in Asia, but nicely appointed. The lounge/bar is modern and interesting cocktails, but it closes too early. The staff enter the room to delivery fresh towels even if you’re in the room which felt strange. The staff are very respectful and friendly. I recommend the hotel and would stay again. "
