Check in was super easy, the facilities were clean and generally amazing! Staff was really helpful and kind! The hotel is very close to the main areas of shinjuku but is in a lovely area near great food and interesting bars! The lockers here are also larger than other capsule properties, and i found that my checked bag could fit in it comfortable with room to still put stuff in. Saw staff member continuously cleaning the sinks and bins which was very good. Space to open luggage was basically none. The capsule felt like a sauna, no ventilation or air con inside the capsule. Capsule was spacious. Clean, safe, and in a fantastic location—all at a super budget-friendly price. Definitely recommend for a unique experience. I’d suggest playing some low-key music on the lounge floor. Everyone was so polite and quiet that, even with a good number of people around, that even a plastic bag crinkling sounded like a drum solo. Lol.
