"We had a very nice stay, the problems were the settees were too low and made it difficult to rise. The kettle needs replacement as it trips all the time and also the can opener. The cutlery was not very good, too weak but we managed ok and had a very nice stay. The pool area was superb but let down by the sun beds being old and some were broken. The pool needed some handrails to assist getting in and out but we managed by putting a chair near the step to assist. The air conn was brilliant but...

"Good facilities, nice peaceful location and very near beach as well as other facilities"

"Beautiful house with a great pool and awesome location close to the beach and so many restaurants. Lots to love, especially snorkeling in the sea. However, some things to know, the house doesn’t have AC. It does have cooling floors, but when it is hot they really can’t be used as the condensation builds up. Just something to be aware of. I think the house stayed 25 or 26 Celsius, so pretty warm. Also, we had to fight a lot of ants. Probably just the sign of the season, but still very painful for...

"Hosts were incredibly responsive to any questions. Villa was amazing for a family or group of friends. We spent a lot of time by the pool, making cocktails at the pool bar and enjoying the wonderful sunset's. Thanks for a great stay!"

"Emplacement super, villa très bien ! Bonne literie!

"The apartment was perfect for our family stay, homely, well equipped, spotlessly clean and plenty of space for the 6 of us. The location is ideal for exploring the beautiful town. We made lots of use of use of the lovely pool and outside space. Susan is a great host, really recommend this property."

"Fabulous gite, spacious inside and well equipped with all the essentials, ceiling fans in main rooms which was fantastic. Great outside space for eating, and nice area for relaxing. Though pool is not directly attached to your gite, it’s solely yours when you’re there, sliding fence is a great touch to make it totally private to you. The covered area is great if you need shade. Jean Pierre is a great host, and usually around if you need anything. He also provided great info on local events....

"Good property in a lovely area close to the Canal du Midi with different restaurants. Had everything we needed, modern and comfortable. Richard promptly helped with one or two problems."

"We had two wonderful weeks in this great house. It has everything you need and the hosts are very friendly and showed us everything. The pictures are exactly as advertised.Nezignan is a very quiet and beautiful village, and the fantastic beaches are only a few minutes away by car. We highly recommend this house."

Vacan"
