Superb property of 160 m2 completely renovated. Breathtaking view of the sea and immediate access to the beach. Neat decoration.

Terrace with splendid sea view. Reversible air conditioning in all rooms.

On the garden level, a beautiful living space with living room and open kitchen, a bedroom (double bed 160 by 200), an independent bathroom, a pantry and a toilet.
Upstairs :
- 2 bedrooms, sea view with a double bed 160 by 200,
- 1 bedroom with bunk bed (3 beds), ideal for children,
- 1 bedroom with a 160 by 200 bed + a cot
- two independent bathrooms and a toilet.

Closed residence. Possibility to park two vehicles inside the property.

Super location with magnificent beach and sea view. Perfect house with 5 bedrooms and everything we needed that made our stay successful. Concierge Cyril was very friendly and helpful.

Perfect location and view

Loved the safety aspect of pool and beach ie both directly observable from villa. View spectacular. Town and local shops including super bakery within walking distance. Only downside is lack of comfortable seating for the older generation.

Great location on sea front.

This villa was perfect, spacious sociable space in living/ dining/ kitchen area. Beds were very firm. Well equipped villa especially appreciated beach towels. Kitchen needs a jug for water. Visited in October. Valras shops and restaurants are a 20-30 minute walk away, but there is a small part time spar type shop (casino) very close. Buses stop just outside and only 1 euro....so you can catch the bus down to the main strip. Cyril, the concierge, was available by phone for our arrival and departure....we didn't need anything during our week but felt sure he would have obliged. Overall a great place to stay.

Beautful house, badly managed. Avoid.

The house itself is perfectly located in a quiet residential area, with easy parking and access, backing onto the glorious plage itself, with a well equipped kitchen and air conditioning in every room. A delightful patio and deck face the sea, while the town is a pleasant kilometre walk along the promenade, offering plenty of entertainment for all ages. It’s a family resort and perfect for that. Unfortunately it is managed and maintained by a 3rd party that sees the villa’s charms as an opportunity for grift. Do not sign any extra-Vrbo contracts when pressured to do so. Do not agree to pay supplementary charges to the concierge. A pleasant family holiday was followed by a series of threatening and offensive communications demanding money. On balance therefore, we would recommend Valras Plage as a destination, but advise prospective guests to look for accommodation elsewhere in the town.

Beautiful location with pool which was much used and right on the beach. Balcony was great for watching the beautiful sunrise and sunsets. Only small thing was the concrete sofas inside and out. No foam on the backs and the small children hit their heads a few times. Would recommend.

For a property that can accommodate 10 people, there was only one pool loungers despite photos on VRBO this year showing at least 6. This happened last year too and new loungers were not provided until the day we left. When contacted this year the host informed us that there was no intention of replacing loungers until next season! ( What happened to the ones that were delivered on our leaving the villa last year? ). VRBO could not help resolve this matter either as Sonia the host according to them did not respond to phone calls or email. Don’t assume what is shown on the photos on the website is actually available. Very poor response from the host Sonia despite the agent Cyril trying his best. Nice balconies outside the upper bedrooms but unfortunately no associated seating at all to enable you to enjoy fully the views. There were other areas that need renovation and investment by the owners. For a top of the range property this situation is not acceptable and we will not be returning again. The property does seem to be deteriorating due to lack of investment. In conclusion, great property as long as you don’t mind laying on the floor by the pool or a concrete bench with foam cushion. If you dream of relaxing comfortably by the pool at this property then sadly you must forget it.
Four dirty floor cushions are The only type of ‘pool lounger’ available.

Super-tolle Lage !!!

Bei Problemen steht der Concierge Cyril immer zur Verfügung. Sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Ebenfalls super Kontakt mit den Eigentümern über die Agentur. Das Strandhaus ist sehr ruhig gelegen, aber dennoch in der Nähe der wichtigsten Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Kann nur weiterempfohlen werden! Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder!!!

Lækkert hus med pool og strand.

Virkelig et skønt hus ved stranden med alt, hvad man har brug for. Fine soveværelser, fine badeforhold og dejlige opholdsrum ude og inde. To toiletter er ikke meget, når man er 9, men det virkede. Søde og hjælpsomme værter - både før og under opholdet. Man kan gå fine ture på stranden. Det er nemt med bil til og fra byen, men man kan også nemt gå. Alt i alt et meget fint sted ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Fantastisch verblijf in een fijn groot huis met veel ruimte, mooi zwembad en perfecte locatie.

Wij zijn vanaf boeking tot en met start en einde vakantie goed op de hoogte gehouden omtrent de voortgang. Bij aankomst hartelijk ontvangen door Cyril de conciërge. Erg vriendelijk en goede uitleg over wat er in het huis allemaal te vinden is maar ook wat je in Valras Plage kunt doen en daarbuiten. Het huis was netjes en schoon en de keuken is van alles voorzien. Door direct aan het strand te zitten met een zwembad in je tuin heb je eigenlijk niets meer nodig. Toch is het fijn dat er om de hoek een leuke strandtent zit en dat de bakker en kleine supermarkt voor de dingen die je altijd weer vergeet op loopafstand kunt halen. Wij waren met 6 volwassenen waarvan 2 stellen en nog twee kleine kinderen van 3 en 2. Zij hebben het fantastisch gehad en ook fijn dat het huis beschikt over de drie badkamers. Wat mij betreft komen wij zeker nog een keer terug. Cyril dank voor je hartelijke ontvangst in je beste Engels, grapje.

Traumvilla mit superschönem Ausblick auf das Meer mit Pool

Wir waren im September 2023 eine Woche im Ferienhaus und konnten die Villa, den Pool sowie das sehr nahe gelegene Meer ausgiebig geniessen. Die gesamte Anlage ist sehr gepflegt und die Kommunikation mit Cyril tadellos.Auch die Lage der Villa war perfekt. Wir können das Ferienhaus nur empfehlen und kommen bestimmt gerne wieder.

Toller Standort

Vielen Dank an Cyrill für die zeitliche Flexibilität bei der Ankunft. Die Villa befindet sich direkt am Strand, der Bäcker in der Nähe ist in 2 Gehminuten erreichbar. Für ins Stadtzentrum muss zu Fuss mit knapp 20 Minuten gerechnet werden. Das nächtgrössere Einkaufszentrum ist jedoch nur mit dem Auto erreichbar. Das Haus hat einen sehr schönen Pool und befindet sich direkt am Sandstrand. Die Zimmer sind auf zwei Etagen verteilt. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet. Zusätzlich sind in der Unterkunft diverse Spiele vorhanden. Leider waren die Türen teilweise etwas veraltet, weshalb nicht alle ganz geschlossen werden konnten und einige etwas knarrten. Ein elektrisches Sonnenrollo bei einem Zimmer war leider defekt. Zusätzlich blockierte während des Aufenthalts leider aus unerklärlichen Gründen ein weiteres Sonnenrollo. Vielen Dank dass wir bei euch diese erholsame Woche verbringen durften.

Fabulous location and facilities for family beach holiday.

The house and facilities exceeded our hopes.. We were celebrating our big birthdays with our children and grandchildren. The house is spacious, has a wonderful deck and pool and its just a hop over a wall to get on a quiet stretch of beach. Everything is catered for : childrens toys, beach towels, sun umbrellas, 3 bathrooms and lovely decor..

Belle maison emplacement exceptionnel mais propreté et équipements tout à fait insuffisants

Nous avons passé une semaine dans cette maison avec un groupe d'amis, avec qui nous avons l'habitude de louer des grandes maisons pour les vacances. Nous avons été très déçus lors de notre arrivée par le manque de propreté/hygiène (lave vaisselle et four très sales, vitres non faites, piscine ensablée, absence de protège matelas/alèses ...) . D'autre part nous avons trouvé les équipements insuffisants pour une maison de cette capacité et de ce standing (pas de casseroles grande capacité, pas de cafetière électrique pour le petit-déjeuner, table et chaises de jardin en lieu et place de la table de salle à manger, nappe trop petite ...). Nous avons informé de suite la propriétaire et aurions apprécié un geste de sa part pour ces désagrément (autre qu'une nuit supplémentaire car cela n'était pas possible pour nous !) Heureusement nous avons été gâtés par la météo et nous avons pu profiter de l'emplacement de cette maison en bord de mer, ce qui est vraiment exceptionnel.

Tolles Strandhaus mit direktem Zugang zum Meer

Wir hatten eine sehr sonnige Woche Anfang Oktober in diesem schönen und modernen Beachhaus. Die Lage ist wirklich einzigartig und wenn man das Meer liebt, kann man sich hier nur wohlfühlen. Auch der Empfang durch unsere Kontaktperson Cyril war super freundlich und er war immer hilfsbereit. Vielen Dank - wir kommen gerne wieder!

Urlaub in traumhaftem Haus

Uralub in sehr schönem, sauberen, modernen Haus, das direkt am Meer liegt. Der Swimmingpool ist super für Kinder jeden Alters. Das Haus hat eine top eingerichtete Küche schöne, klimatisierte Schlafzimmer und viele Liegestühle, Stühle und Sitzmöglichkeiten für drinnen und draußen. Wir wurden sehr freundlich begrüßt und waren sehr zufrieden. Danke Cyril!

Herrliche Ferien

Wunderbares Mietobjekt direkt am Strand mit Pool. Das Objekt befindet sich in einer ruhigen und sicheren Gegend. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants sind unmittelbar Vorort verfügbar. Meine Familie und ich haben jeden Tag im Haus von Sonia und Alexandre genossen und wir alle konnten so gut entspannen, dass die ,,Zeit wie im Flüge“ verging. Das Haus war sehr sauber und bietet eine tolle Ausstattung. Die Kontaktperson Cyril war sehr zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit. Wir werden wieder kommen.
