MAGNIFICENT SEA FRONT VILLA

  • Superb property of 160 m2 completely renovated. Breathtaking view of the sea and immediate access to the beach. Neat decoration.

    Terrace with splendid sea view. Reversible air conditioning in all rooms.

    On the garden level, a beautiful living space with living room and open kitchen, a bedroom (double bed 160 by 200), an independent bathroom, a pantry and a toilet.
    Upstairs :
    - 2 bedrooms, sea view with a double bed 160 by 200,
    - 1 bedroom with bunk bed (3 beds), ideal for children,
    - 1 bedroom with a 160 by 200 bed + a cot
    - two independent bathrooms and a toilet.

    Closed residence. Possibility to park two vehicles inside the property.

    Close to all amenities (bakery, small casino, pizzeria 100 meters away). 5 minutes from the center of Valras.

    Available: Highchair, washing machine, dryer, dishwasher, 4 deckchairs, beach games, plancha, TV with netflix access, board games.

    NB: The swimming pool will not be operational until spring 2020.
