"Customer service was fantastic here. I visited during a heatwave and the receptionist sorted me out a fan for my room which was amazing - I would not have got much sleep without it! Food ont he restaurant was delicious and good value and again the service was very good, friendly and helpful."

We were delighted with the room - larger and much lighter than Premier Inn rooms, larger bathroom, good quality toiletries and very friendly staff. "A basic but very clean and comfortable hotel. The lady on reception obviously loves her job, she was so friendly and helpful. McDonald's is next door for food. Will definitely stay here again. Oh and a message to management, give that receptionist a pay rise!"
