"The property is well-maintained, with 3 pools, 1 lagoon, and of course, a walk onto the beach. The location is ideal as you can walk to different restaurants which I would recommend as prices at the property are high. The check-in line is very long and expect delays in retrieving a room. The staff at the Mail and Key were able to assist in the delay of getting a room. We appreciated you! The check-in staff were short-staffed, making interaction very minimal and rude at times but the waiters made up for those interactions. The rooms were clean and the tapa tower had a great ocean view. If you don’t want to rent a vehicle then recommend booking tours off the property as some prices were cheaper. Fireworks on Friday it is very congested at the beach an hour prior to the show and can be viewed anywhere along the beach and lasts 5 minutes."

"This hotel was clean and updated. The staff was always friendly and ready to help. Best of all was the location just across the street from Waikiki Beach. We appreciated that the Kuhio Restaurant was open early so we could eat before our tours without being rushed. The food was great and the service exceptional. We also enjoyed relaxing at the adult pool and bar. The luau was a lot of fun with an excellent buffet!"
