The only thing I'd change, is the food menu and some dining recccomendations for guests. "Our favourite Sheffield hotel, at the moment. It is set in a beautiful location on the quayside but still easy to walk to the city centre. The room I was given had been smoked in (not the hotels fault) - the guys on the reception immediately swapped me to another room with no quibbling which was great. "Very disappointing to arrive on site a 1845 and discover that there was no restaurant facilities and no bar available for a drink. The booking confirmation stated that both were open 11 till late, but it's actually 6pm when the restaurant closes.
