"My family had a fantastic stay at the house in Nottingham! The property was clean, cozy, and thoughtfully furnished—everything felt welcoming and well-maintained. The location was ideal, with easy access to entertainment, food, and the city center. The host was wonderful. It was the perfect base for exploring Nottingham, and I truly appreciated the quiet comfort of the space after busy days out. "Overall if you are a dirtbag climber and just in sheffield for a quick trip this place totally gets the job done. Our biggest issues were that there was no shower curtain so the bathroom flooded when anyone showered, none of the bathrooms had soap, and overall just super limited amenities. Also the trash out front was absolutely overflowing and was all over the yard. Honestly would stay again in a pinch, just would come with lower expectations."

"Very basic. Hotel room wasn’t what I thought it would be. There were hardly any plug sockets and everything was hard work for example the kettle situation was very faffy. Also the bathroom fan was so loud. Bed was comfortable but it just didn’t live up to expectations. The foyer was very meh! I arrived on a Sunday and there was no food available so I had to Deliveroo. Not what it appears to be online."

"The staff were friendly and the amenities including the pool were great. However, the beds were extremely uncomfortable and the pillows were so unsupported meaning it was difficult to sleep each night. Also, during breakfast the drinks and some foods were always empty meaning you’d have to ask and wait for contents to be refilled/ replenished. There was also a private event going on which meant the bar inside the hotel couldn’t be used."

"Check in was smooth. Nicolas upgraded both of our rooms and provided a glass of Prosecco on arrival. Rooms were clean and comfortable, and we ended up taking breakfast the next morning, which was buffet style, but hot and tasty. The only thing that stopped us giving 5 stars is that we could hear the street below at times"
