"Booked 3 double rooms on the 2nd floor, rooms were smaller than expected with walking space in the entrance quite tight but plenty of hanging soace and desk space. Bathroom was good size and sufficient for 2 adults. There are 2 lifts which are ok size and quite slow to arrive and leave considering the building is only 3 floors high. The hotel has 24/7 reception and staff were very helpful and professional. Parking is plentiful but can get surprisingly full at times. Parking price is £12 for 24 hours which is expected for city centre hotel. There is a nearby parking above the hotel parking which is private and not part of the hotel so beware if you want to park there. Overall clean and pleasant stay, hotel decor is a little outdated in places and brand of hotel suggests it would be better quality but overall it is good quality."
