"Typical English chain hotel with typical reasons to disappoint and not be worth the money. A more expensive option than other hotels in Nottingham City Centre, which i chose because of the pool etc. However, that was shut on the first night of my stay with no forewarning and no recompense offered. When I did visit, it was very small. It would be fine if you are staying with small children. The jacuzzi was shut throughout. Reception staff very pleasant. Leisure area staff less so.
