Our room was clean and presentable but worth noting was that the mattress was far to hard to get a decent night sleep on!. One piece of advice: we made the mistake of booking spa treatments with Thermae instead of the Gainsborough - we should definitely have booked with the hotel. Their facilities were far superior to Thermae's! Highly recommend!"
