"On arrival, -5 Hrs. earlier than check in. Front counter lady try to accommodate us best possible at a rate of 10 pounds per hour (3 Hrs. before checking in). Considering that we have patronized "Best Western" worldwide. I expected a little better than that... Thank you for what you were able to help us with. A courtesy watter bottle would be great next time..."

"Clean, convenient, comfortable and pleasant staff. Lots of good restaurants only a few hundred yards away. Convenient for tube too. "

"I do love this old hotel. Nicely situated in a residential neighborhood! The staff is lovely and friendly. Adore the old bar and the breakfasts! My room was boiling hot and not very comfortable, to be honest. The shower was so tiny as to be ridiculous - that should be looked at. I will stay there again though - she's like an old friend. "

"Hotel stay for a nearby event. I was in a single room. It was pretty compact, although perfectly adequate. Nice modern shower room. The bed was bigger than a normal single, which was good, but the mattress felt a bit well used and gave way a bit. Didn't have food there. Convenient for Finsbury park and some shops and takeaways are a short walk away."

"Room was smallish but we knew that going in. Staff was great, great shower, clean, bed comfy but bouncy. Hyde park right across the street. Variety of pubs and restaurants close by. Tube and bus close by. Hear a few bumps on occassion from upstairs."
