"The room very basic and in need of a refurbishment the carpet was stained with burn marks, the bed very uncomfortable and not the cleanest, the bathroom had stains and was in need of a deep clean, furniture was in serious need of a coat of paint, along with the whole part of the hotel. Only positive comment the place was cheap but won't be staying again"

"Great location for visiting Cleethorpes. Close to the train station, beach, shops and restaurants. Very clean and tidy room, which was well maintained. Great service and friendly welcome at breakfast, with a good choice of food options."
