"This is a very special place. Lovely accommodation & very spacious - it was the little extra touches that I liked; blankets in the lounge so we cold snuggle up, cafetiere coffee, little bottle of milk in the fridge. The beds were really comfy."

"Greeted by a lovely receptionist who gave lots of information about the stay. Nice modern room with aircon and a nice size shower. The bed was on the hard size for me. I can see why the room came with earplugs two packs would have been nice since I had to give them to my partner so I was left hearing others move about. Nice not to worry about parking. Will stay again."

"We have stayed here many times before and since last stay downstairs has been revamped,only thing is looks like small single rooms have been turned into doubles,not enough room to swing a cat,washing in sink had to be done with bathroom door open,we never used shower as it was all too small and hard to manouevre round in,door had number lock on but lights never came on so that was frustrating,this was room 7,sorry but we wont be staying again."

To top it off the room and bed is full of bed bugs, I woke up every morning with bites on my legs and my partner had 7 bites all over his face. See previous comments from guests who suffered the bed bugs and shared images of them. Terrible and disgusting. The rooms need deep cleaning. Be warned "

"Stayed in the big family room on the top floor Sun 11th Feb with my wife, daughter and dog. The room was very clean, huge smart TV, tea/coffee facilities and very spacious! We had a great stay and would definitely stay again. Lynn, the host was very nice, friendly and helpful.. showed me around all the facilities and showed us how to use the key codes. "Brilliant stay at the Alpaca Lodge! Julie was very welcoming and we arrived early but this wasnt an issue as we were able to get the keys straight away. The alpacas Lodge was cosy and had everything we needed. We loved the bingo at the Alpacas Arms and feeding the Alpacas. We will definitely be back."
