"Great location Vivian was very responsive to any questions we had"

"The host never contacted us with information on the property so as check in approached I sent a message requesting details on access to the property. I got no response. I reached out to Vrbo directly, they also tried to call the host and were not able to reach Sofia. We had to last minute book three hotel rooms nearby which was a big inconvenience as we had booked two houses right nearby each other for our team that was traveling together. Kind of defeated the purpose of booking houses vs hotel...

"We enjoy the property and great Key Largo location. Owner was very quick to respond to questions. Some repairs are needed that he is aware of and he said they would be fixed soon. "

"We had a relaxing time. "

"Covered porch was nice for time outside. Inside was in need of work. Closets unfinished, no place to put any luggage, advertises a king bed and a queen bed, but only had a king and a full, no tp, or tissue products when we arrived. None of the above were deal breakers but just allot of small things that add up to frustration."

"Our stay was very comfortable, we were a party of 12. Each area was very spacious, and super clean. The pool had warm water, which was a plus in these days that it was chilly in Florida. Our kids enjoyed the pool, and the soccer field area. We did outside barbeque, in the outdoor area which was super enjoyable. The pool table was a plus for all the adults."

"First of all, communication with management was lacking to the point that VRBO was looking for another rental property for us while we were in route. Next, the address listed is incorrect. We went to the wrong house. All the houses in the subdivision are exactly the same. There are lots of things that need attention including: wobbly dining chairs...screws loose clothes in dryer dirty sheets in two of the closets dirty dishes and pans in cupboard no dish detergent and dishwasher unplugged shower...

"What a wonderful place to stay from getting to meet Ryan and enjoy all of the amenities. The thoughtfulness of key lime pie and other local specialties, kayaks, paddle boards, corn hole, bait bucket and fishing rods, and more. The outdoor seating was plentiful and the views are amazing!! We highly recommend enjoying this property."

Appliances were modern and updated and The washer/dryer made laundry convenient. The neighborhood was beautiful and safe. We had everything we needed for our month long stay."
