"Great hotel close to Universal Studio Japan. Hotel was very well maintained, clean and spacious. There’s a Lawson right on the 1st floor, near the elevators. Had a wonderful stay, would definitely be back if we were to visit USJ in the future."
"Experience was great, staff was super helpful and friendly and the room was beautiful. The shuttle service was great and really allowed us to experience the town to the fullest. The Kaiseki dinner options really let us feel like we were getting the full experience of the Japanese culture. The only down side was that the tattoos policy is very restrictive, only one small tattoo is allowed. Since my husband and I had either more than one or they were large we were not able to enjoy the public baths and had to pay additional fees and schedule the private onsens. We still enjoyed it and the private baths were easy to schedule, beautiful and very fairly priced but we would have liked to enjoy the public baths as well so we could have access to the cold water tub and sauna. Overall amazing experience, definitely will be coming back, but with Tattoo cover ups."
"We had a very pleasant stay overall. The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming during our entire visit, always willing to help with anything we needed. The hotel itself and the rooms were very clean, which made our stay even more comfortable.
The breakfast was absolutely worth every extra dollar — everything was delicious, fresh, and there were plenty of options to enjoy each morning.
The only disappointing part was the temperature inside the rooms. It was extremely hot, and although you can request a fan, it unfortunately didn’t make much of a difference. Aside from that issue, we still enjoyed our stay and appreciated the hospitality from the staff."
The Singulari Hotel & Skyspa at Universal Studios Japan
8/10 Good
"Great location, comfy beds and good size bedroom. Bathroom felt quite dated, and marked down for breakfast. It felt like it was a school canteen, wouldn't recommend for the future.
Ideal for USJ."
