The facilities are bright, clean, and stylish. Everything in the room functioned properly and the bed was comfortable. The buffet breakfast was very high quality. Staying at this hotel is definitely a decision I will never regret! It was the cleanest hotel I’ve ever been to in my entire life, and I have traveled to more than 10 countries and I have been to at least 100 hotels. The Takarazuka area is very safe and quiet. I felt safe to walk alone at night, by myself, even at 1 A.M. There are many experiences inside the hotel itself, so even though Takarazuka activities in the city (SORIO, museums, etc) closes pretty early, you can still enjoy the hotel itself. The staff was stellar and even helped me when I had a situation in which I need to stay an extra night due to a travel issue. I like that you can watch Takarazuka sky stage and on demand. It’s good quality. No room service or to go food for those leaving early 2\. We were soaked from rain and nobody offered us a towel 3\. I left an item in the room after checkout so they made me retrieve the item. No assistance whatsoever. 4\. No staff helped us with luggage and we really needed assistance 5\. The room is extremely small.
