"It was quite clean but there were a lot of drain flies throughout my 6 day stay in room 2021. I killed 7, my wife killed 3. Not a huge issue but bothersome. Very good location, very quiet. Kid friendly."

"This hotel had 13 separate washer and dryers which was very convenient during our last leg of our trip. Doing laundry was super easy. The breakfast buffet here was so delicious. We enjoyed the many variety of Japanese and western style dishes. The train station is right across the street and was convenient for going to Universal Studios and the aquarium.This was the only reason we stayed here for 3 nights. There’s a 7-11 down the street and dining options were mostly at Universal. We loved this hotel."

"Great hotel close to Universal Studio Japan. Hotel was very well maintained, clean and spacious. There’s a Lawson right on the 1st floor, near the elevators. Had a wonderful stay, would definitely be back if we were to visit USJ in the future."

"Experience was great, staff was super helpful and friendly and the room was beautiful. The shuttle service was great and really allowed us to experience the town to the fullest. The Kaiseki dinner options really let us feel like we were getting the full experience of the Japanese culture. The only down side was that the tattoos policy is very restrictive, only one small tattoo is allowed. Since my husband and I had either more than one or they were large we were not able to enjoy the public baths and had to pay additional fees and schedule the private onsens. We still enjoyed it and the private baths were easy to schedule, beautiful and very fairly priced but we would have liked to enjoy the public baths as well so we could have access to the cold water tub and sauna. Overall amazing experience, definitely will be coming back, but with Tattoo cover ups."

"Stayed just one night in Kobe to take a sake brewery tour (worth it!). This hotel is steps from the Shinkansen station so very easy access. Also a short train or cab ride from Sannomiya, the heart of the city. Had a pricey dinner at the Teppanyaki restaurant in the hotel but it was outstanding. Breakfast with the room was very substantial & they offer a Japanese option elsewhere. Rooms are aging a bit but very comfortable with good lighting. They have a coin laundry which we did not use. Nespresso coffee machine as in most Japanese hotels. No complaints and could have easily spent a few more days there. Fast internet too! Great views from the 20th floor."
