The check-in process was simple, what was a bit frustrating was it seemes like there was no communication between staff as I got an e-mail asking around what time I would be checking in to which I responded. The next day I got a phone call asking the same question, yet I got confirmation they read my email response so why the need to call for the same question?
Definitely read all the information before booking, I knew about the extra charge for the room that's not included in the price (which I don't really understand the point of it or what it was for to be honest.) But also upon check-in the gentleman also mentioned a security deposit. Odd.
The room itself is kinda what you would expect for the amount you paid. There were some kinda black marks left on one of the pillowcases that was on the bed. Stains from what I assume is the coffee maker of the wall, bug in the bathroom, and bath mat had dirty marks on it as well. There is no microwave what so ever so don't bring left overs back unless you don't mind it being cold. No alarm clock or phone in the room which I found odd.
Overall its a decent place to stay for a night or two, but they should clean the place up a bit more.
