We got a room with a view of the falls, absolutely stunning. Property was clean and well kept up, staff very helpful. Food at the onsite restaurant Milestones was disappointing, but that’s the only negative I could say about our stay.

Outside our room, there was a used gloves and a dirty face towel on the floor. Inside the room, there were lots of white stuff that was somewhat hardened already in between the 2 beds. We didn't have enough linens for 5 people. Bathroom is tiny and the bathroom door won't close properly. The coffee machine had a hair in the water compartment,

We had a large spacious room. Very clean and well maintained. Breakfast was excellent. We were given a voucher for Milestones which was great as we had already booked for dinner there before we arrived and saved us about $20. Location was excellent as we were attending a concert at the OLG Theatre which was only a 10 minute walk away.

View was spectacular, you can see the fire show perfectly from the room. Room is spacious. Floor 28 was amazing. Bed is comfortable. Maintenance happening to the building month of September and October. Only complaint is having to pay for daily parking, should be included with the high rate you are paying. Besides that excellent.

The hotel was a very convenient location to get to the falls. We had a JR suite. It had floor to ceiling windows for an excellent view of the falls all day and night. You could see the fireworks display from our window. The Jacuzzi tub was great! We took the tour booked from the hotel. It was great to be picked up at the hotel.

The air conditioner wasn't working, I had a asthma attack because of this, the building really need some renovating. There were snags in the hallway carpet. Our carpet in our room had stains Galore. The windows were maintained by bird droppings. My view of the falls weren't good. Could have been better had the windows been cleaner. The housekeepers did not leave us any washcloths neither did they change our lining the next day as requested upon check in. When I went out to observe the fireworks on the third floor, the patio area was in desperate need of the outdoir decor and cleaning. There were spiders and spider webs just outside of the door as you walk onto the outdoor space. I was disappointed that there were no special services provided such as a on-site spa or hot tub. I had to go across the street to the other Marriott to enjoy those services. All in all it was a decent night stay.

The listing was false advertisement. The room was listed as sleeps 5, two queen beds and one sofa bed. When we checked in the reception staff said it will sleep 5. We got into the room and saw that there was no sofa bed but a small loveseat that fits maybe 2 people. We spoke with the reception and they said you didn’t book through us and that it was not their fault Expedia falsely advertised the room. We reached out to Expedia and their help desk was not at helpful and asked us to resolve with the hotel. They said they can look into this in 48 hours. We were staying there for one night. Absolutely unacceptable from Expedia and Marriott to not be able to own up to their misleading description. Besides that, we went out in the evening and came back to find that the door was closed with a privacy latch from the inside. Thinking it to be a security issue we rushed down to the reception and their response was frankly lacking. The only way you can have the privacy latch on is by someone on the inside. The hotel did end up sending a maintenance personnel and they were able to let us in. They told us that this was common. Unacceptable for a hotel that costs more than 700 per night! Very dissatisfied with the overall experience and will recommend others to stay away from this listing.

Wonderful hotel with an absolutely stunning view of Niagara Falls! We had a great experience from start to finish. The service at the front desk was excellent, and a special thank you to the manager, Maria, who went above and beyond to make our stay truly unforgettable. Her kindness, professionalism, and attention made us feel very special. We had a wonderful time and would definitely come back!
