A beautiful place to stay while visiting the Loch Ness area. Quiet area and safe parking on grounds. Not suprised visitors book showed people from all over Europe - its a gem. Absolutely spotless and the hosts cannot do enough for you. If you intend to visit Loch Ness or Skye,this place is central for your day trips. A fantastic breakfast sets you up for the day. 5*

I’ve never stayed in such a perfect place before. The property and the room were absolutely splendid. even more beautiful than in the photos. The scenery around the place is stunning, with lochs and mountains all around. The bedding was very comfortable, and the room was beautifully decorated with great style. Easy to access the property, and you can order your breakfast at check in. The room was really clean, and so beautifully decorated. The rooms aren't as sound proofed as expected, but still a lovely place to stay. The breakfast was delicious, and the staff member we spoke to was so helpful. Will be back!

Stayed here for 3 nights and could not of wished for better outstanding place beautiful views nothing to moan about at all from comfortable beds to large rooms and even bigger breakfasts owners Mark and Rach where so sweet and made there home yours best bed and breakfast place I've ever been and if carsberg did b&b this would be it

Was an absolutely lovely stay! The handmade cookies and hot chocolate in the room were a nice touch after a long day.

Excellent stay. Spacious, clean rooms, comfortable bed and quiet room even though there was a named storm with 70mph winds you wouldn't have had a clue until you looked out the window, also never heard any noise from other guests. Would definitely stay again.

Just on our way back home & we never wanted to leave. Amazing place & we will definitely be returning next year. Fiona was very helpful & we would recommend visiting nearby Pattack Falls, also the bothy cafe in Lagan does the best Bacon & Egg sandwich you’ll ever have!!

Very comfortable guest house convenient for the centre of Aviemore. Good off road parking and useful outside tap/hose for muddy boots & bikes

We stayed at The Lovat for our honeymoon and we were not disappointed. Lovely, comfortable hotel which was run by some very helpful and efficient staff. Breakfasts and dinner where fantastic. We ate in different places throughout our stay and the hotel food was definitely the best in comparison. Our only bug bear was that the wifi in the garden room, where we stayed, was poor. We had to go into the hotel to use it. However it's good to switch off from Facebook and the like now and again so we...
