"This is a really nice hotel. Public areas are bright and welcoming whilst the suite offered, Schiehallion, was spacious and comfortable. Staff were obliging and friendly and the experience overall with regards the accommodation was very positive. The experience in the restaurant was less impressive but not altogether negative. A modest uptick in experienced staff would assist some I sense. Would stay here again."

"This place was a nice retreat from the city. The train station is a short walk and takes you into the city. Our room was a nice size and very comfortable and clean. The food (dinner and breakfast) were both amazing. I would definitely stay here again!"

"Absolutely awful. Broken furniture stacked outside like a bonfire. Burnt ground outside our door where someone had been burning materials. Rusted old bin full to the brim with cigarette butts and discarded cigarette butts all around. Workmen and work vans all around. Stains on carpets and upholstery. Broken furniture and fittings in the chalet. Rubbish dumpsters outside chalet, smelly and needing emptying. The chalet had been cleaned but no amount of cleaning would take away the stains...
