Parking a bit tight but we were able to leave the car right next to the hotel with a bit of shufflling. The staff were amazing and rooms ideal with air conditioning which was pretty key in this weather! Brilliant location right in town with lots of nice places in walking distance to eat. Garden was a joy to sit in and have a drink. We didn't eat there so cannot comment but would definitely stay again. Shout out to Chloe who totally sorted out my booking when I hadn't realised under 18s aren't...

Lovely pub with rooms. Staff were very helpful and friendly and our room was cosy and quiet. We had breakfast and dinner, both of which were excellent. Parking was no problem and the pub provided a good base for exploring Cambridge and the Fens.

The staff were really friendly and approachable. The meal I had was one of the best I've had in a long while.
The room was really clean with a Nespresso coffee machine which for me was a really nice touch as I love my coffee.
The shower was lovely and hot.
I will definitely be booking there again and I can not recommend it enough.
Lovely bar with a nice atmosphere.
I was solo travelling and the staff were more than happy to chat while I enjoyed my drink at the bar.

We loved our stay in the Abbey Hotel and apartments, the staff, breakfast & attention to detail were amazing. Very easy walk into the town centre with its unique shops, pubs & restaurants, also not forgetting the Cathedral & Abbey Gardens.
Bury St Edmunds is a must to visit.

Nice couple. Very welcoming and good breakfast. Would have preferred fresh holondaise sauce on the eggs benedict, but that's being very picky. Everything else was perfect. Thanks.
