"It is very convenient to stay here beside the Marina. We took a Sailboat ride and could walk to the Marina from Hampton.
Our only gripe is that the AC Unit never shuts off and the sound of a wind tunnel all night is annoying.
They do serve a Breakfast and the Bed was comfy."

"Staff was very accomodating and the room was very clean (and cleaned each day), although the room was fairly run-down with paint, tile and wall damage not repaired. The room had microwave, mini-frig, TV, shower and bed which was all I needed. It was a relatively easy walk to Front Street. Coffee-maker in the room would be nice."

Joseph and his wife made us feel very welcome and they shared their local knowledge over 2hat to see and where to eat. The beers should also get a mention as not only are they brewed on the premises but are free to guests.

Great stay.
Great central location & free onsite parking is always appreciated.
Outside bar was a plus.
Restaurant menu was a bit restricted for our tastes.
The bar closing at a scheduled 9pm was disappointing, but not a disaster. Lots of places in Georgetown seem to close around 830-9 pm.
