It has recliners, and the couch reclines too! We're older and love to put our feet up in the evening. The living room has a large tv as do the bedrooms. The beds are very comfortable! The screened-in porch in the back of the unit overlooks the golf course, and it has an outdoor dining table with chairs and two large rocking/swivel chairs. The front porch has two rocking chairs. We had an enjoyable and accommodating stay.
