Location on the beach was great, and the beach was great! Facility shows its age. Service not great; three times I asked for just a coffee pod for the drip coffee maker in the room, but it never came.

Beach view and access was absolutely amazing. Great and good amount of pools. Great space in the room. The restaurant on site was not open the hours their sign said it would be open. If you are interested in the rides and the shopping area you will have to walk or rent golf carts. Or drive, the point is that if you aren’t a walker find alternatives. Had a great stay and the views and access to the beach was awesome.

Staff was great and the amenities were awesome. The view was breathtaking and i really enjoyed the curved balconies because it felt private. Room was clean. Beds were a little firm but i believe the mattresses may have been new.

Having to wait cause room was not ready is ok but 3 hours at no one advise you that is ready unacceptable … and i had my whole family and getting extra pillows and extra blankets was a hassle But room was comfortable for everyone
